If you want to modify your order, all what you have to do is to email me or call me by telephone.

• If the picture you want to buy is cheaper as the one you paid, I send you the difference of the price between both paintings.
• If the picture you want to buy is more expensive, you send the difference of the price between both paintings.

If you need to send to another address, then please contact me. Normally I do not accept to send to a different adress.

Yes, you can get the same day delivery except the weekend and if your order is placed before 15:00 German time for normal-sized pictures. 

Normally, I send my works in the next 2 days, but it depends on if you want a frame or not and also from Corona. The best is if you send me a mail  or call me and let me know when you would like to have the painting and your address.

We accept payments via PayPal. PayPal accepts many credit cards as payment 

Paintings are normally shipped to the buyers address.  Please contact me in that case. Extra cost may occur depending on  the adress.

• Yes, you will need to pay the return fees.

The return label will be included on the package of the painting. Depending on where you live, you will have a post office more or less nearby your home.

Please send the package on the same way it came to you, place the shipping label on the package after having removed the old address label or over it.

Go to the post office or transport of your choice, pay the fees (normally for EU countries something between 7 and 16 €) and that’s all.

Yes, you may keep them and hopfully they will decorate a small corner at your home.

You have usually 14 days to return right. If you need more time for any reason, please contact me  via email.
